Scarabeo Camping

The campsite is situated in Punta Braccetto, a small fishing village on the coast of the province of Ragusa, south-east Sicily.

The geographical location is very special: Punta Braccetto lies south of the North-African parallel running through Tunisia.

The sea, the dunes and the rolling countryside combine to offer a typical Mediterranean landscape, known nowadays for its cultivation of cherry tomatoes.

The area is steeped in history with the archaeological ruins of Kamarina and Kaucana, two major Greek colonies, close by.

Modern amenities can be found at the town of Santa Croce Camerina only 4 kilometres away.
